A custom 3D printed fan panel replacement for the AsRock BC-250 4U server chassis. This kit allows you to replace the 5 ineffective and VERY noisy 80mm fans that come with the unit from the factory. This is a three piece 3D printed design that allows you to install three 120mm or 140mm fans of your choosing (see recommendations below). This greatly improves airflow across the 12 installed cards to decrease both the operating temperature and unwanted fan noise. Consider pairing this with my new rear I/O shield delete kit to improve airflow even more!
Kit prices are determined by which power switch option you select:
  • 120mm or 140mm kit - reuse stock power switch/LED - $32 + Shipping

Every kit contains the following items:
  • Three piece 3D printed fan panel
  • Qty. 16 - M3 x 10mm screws for securing panels to each other and to the chassis
  • Qty. 12 - standard case fan screws to mount your supplied fans to the panel
  • Qty. 5 - 4" zip ties for cable management
  • Qty. 1 - 1/8" drill bit (1 per order)
  • Qty. 1 - 2mm hex/allen key (1 per order)
  • Qty. 1 - Custom wired latching push button/LED (additional cost option)
